Job Description

The technical draftsman/editor is an essential component of the organizational and operational structure and is responsible for the preparation of technical drawings for production as well as the creation and maintenance of operating instructions and documentation.

Tasks

• Preparation of technical drawings and assembly plans in the CAD system
• Revision and correction of technical drawings
• Creation & maintenance of operating instructions and documentation in compliance with applicable standards and laws
• Preparation & creation of declarations of conformity (CE)
• Project-related communication with internal departments

Profile

• Completed training as a technical draftsman, editor or comparable training
• Professional experience in the described field of activity desirable
• Good technical and technological understanding
• Existing skills in reading & creating technical drawings
• Confident handling of MS-Office
• Committed, responsible team player with a strong logical understanding
• Hands-on mentality and strong communication skills
• Solution-oriented and pragmatic approach
• High level of self-motivation as well as structured and goal-oriented approach to work
• Good knowledge of German & English, written & spoken
