As a (Senior) Controller (all genders), you will actively advise and support the Greven & TWT companies in all matters relating to the management of financial and project controlling. You will use instruments such as BI tools, key performance indicators and, of course, Excel. You will impress with analyses made possible by your excellent understanding of figures. You can think your way into different business cases and create efficient and structured processes. Perhaps YOU feel that this is the right job for you?
Your mission
- Preparation of statistics and analyses as well as determination and preparation of key figures
- Contributing to budget and forecast planning, monitoring and variance analysis
- Supporting the preparation and analysis of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
- Standardization, automation and optimization of processes
- Creation and further development of financial and controlling reports
- Close intra-departmental and cross-departmental cooperation with colleagues and the directors
Your profile
- Successfully completed business studies, ideally with a focus on controlling / accounting / finance or a comparable professional qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the area of controlling in a medium-sized company
- Operational experience with financial accounting software and corresponding chart of accounts
- Routine use of MS Office programs, in particular Excel, as well as basic knowledge of working in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
- Analytical and structured thinking as well as good communication and teamwork skills
- Fluent German language skills
