About the role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SAP S/4HANA Cloud Engineer to join our IT team. You will be responsible for delivering business value through the process and data capabilities of S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
The ideal candidate must be hands-on, having led at least one new S/4HANA Cloud deployment from start to finish, and have a deep understanding of integration technology and design.
The role requires deep functional and technical knowledge, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high quality solutions that drive innovation.
Your Day to Day:
Expertise in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition:
Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, including CALM, CBC, IAS/IPS.
Deliver exceptional services to business users through technological innovations and reliable operations.
Manage internal and external IT services, including integrations with applications like SAP SuccessFactors, Concur, and other systems via SAP BTP, standard integration packages, and CDS.
Integration Management:
Design, implement, and monitor end-to-end interfaces using SAP Integration Suite and PaaS solutions (preferably MuleSoft).
Ensure seamless integration with applications such as SAP SuccessFactors, Concur, and other enterprise tools.
Data Management & Analytics:
Optimize data architecture and manage data flow between core systems (e.g., S/4HANA and Salesforce) using various integration methods (e.g., via MuleSoft).
Ensure efficient and secure data integration and processing across platforms.
Innovation & Technology Adoption:
Stay updated on emerging technologies and innovations related to SAP, such as API-driven and event-driven integration, AI use cases, and more.
Lead the adoption of new technologies and innovations to improve business processes.
Collaboration & Communication:
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, developers, and system administrators.
Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Security Best Practices:
Implement security best practices within orchestrated application environments.
Ensure systems adhere to the latest security standards.
Agility & Self-Organization:
Adapt to evolving IT landscapes and excel in an agile environment.
Demonstrate strong self-organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills to handle dynamic workloads.
What makes you excel in this position:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
6+ years of proven experience as an SAP S/4HANA Cloud expert in an enterprise environment.
SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition training and certification.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with a proven track record of effective teamwork.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and agile environment with strong self-organizational skills.
