⭐ SAP Business One Operations Specialist - European Markets (m/f/d) ⭐

The Role
We're seeking a professional with European business experience to join our ERP team, supporting our operations across European subsidiaries. The role focuses on day-to-day operations, user support, and business process optimization in SAP Business One.
Work Location & Type

• Remote (Permanent or Contract)
• OR Office-based in Neumünster, Germany (Permanent employment)**** What You'll Do
• Support daily operations in SAP Business One for our European subsidiaries, with focus on: Inventory management including serial number tracking
• Pick and Pack operations
• Physical inventory counting processes
• Sales order management
• Purchase order management
• MRP operations and inventory optimization

• Assist users with system questions and provide first-level support
• Support warehouse operations and inventory accuracy
• Assist in payment reconciliations and dunning processes
• Support users in handling bank statement uploads and reconciliation
• Support users with payment wizard operations: Guide users in running the payment wizard correctly
• Help users set appropriate payment criteria
• Assist in understanding payment proposal results

• Document business processes and create user guides
• Participate in system testing when new features are implemented
• Monitor data quality in master data records
• Support basic system troubleshooting**** Who We're Looking For

Someone who shares our core values and has:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Business One in European markets
• Strong understanding of inventory, sales, and purchase processes
• Experience with warehouse operations and inventory management
• Practical knowledge of serial number tracking and batch management
• Previous experience in a support role
• Experience in working with business users in problem-solving scenarios
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Experience with MS Excel and reporting tools

Required Experience

• Must have worked with SAP Business One in European business environment
• Demonstrated experience in inventory management and logistics processes
• Experience in supporting business users**** Nice to Have
• Understanding of EU VAT, Intrastat, and related business processes
• Experience with European banking and payment systems
• Additional European language skills
• Experience with multiple European SAP B1 localizations
• Experience with Crystal Reports
