Join our client's Performance Verification Team in R&D BG/E System Development to help evaluate and verify BGE systems throughout their life cycle using data-driven, customer-oriented methods. This role involves varied tasks and requires flexibility, as part of a new blood gas system project within a young, collaborative team that values trust, transparency, and creativity.
The ideal candidate has medical tech system development experience, is proactive, comfortable with agile projects, and works well in a team-oriented environment.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Plan and Execute Laboratory Experiments: Independently design, conduct, evaluate, and document experiments in the BSL-2 lab across various project phases, ensuring adherence to regulatory and project-specific standards.
• Coordinate Testing and Communication: Oversee system testing activities, coordinate with internal teams, and regularly update stakeholders on experiment progress, risks, and issues.
• Optimize Processes and Train Team Members: Evaluate and improve lab processes, implement technical optimizations, and provide training and support to new employees, apprentices, and students.

Ihr Profil

• Educational and Professional Background: Master’s degree or extensive experience in developing, verifying, and implementing analytical methods in diagnostics, with 3-5 years in a similar laboratory role, ideally in a manufacturing setting.
• Lab and Technical Proficiency: Willingness to work primarily in a lab (70% lab work), with experience in MS Office, SAP, and Simulink, as well as an up-to-date Hepatitis vaccination and titer confirmation.
• Language and Problem-Solving Skills: Fluent in German and English, with a solution-focused, hands-on approach to technical challenges and a strong curiosity for exploration.
