Quality Engineer

As a Quality Engineer, you will work at our site in Lübeck, focusing on our product families. You will coordinate quality-related activities and projects across departments and locations.

Your tasks are as follows:

• You will analyse the quality data of a product family in order to identify areas where action is required, prioritize these, address further measures and follow up on their processing status.
• You coordinate further measures between the departments involved and ensure documentation.
• You create regular reports, data and error analyses for the data and error analyses on the relevant quality data of the respective product line for meetings and customer communication.
• You will moderate regular quality meetings with representatives of the relevant departments to review the current quality data, define, assign and review measures and develop further solution proposals to improve product quality.
• You are involved in the development and implementation of suitable error prevention methods.
• You ensure the conformity of documentation, process flows and process descriptions with the requirements of ISO 9001 and Group specifications for the product line.
• You will actively participate in product and process audits.

Education and Work Experience:

• You have successfully completed a degree in engineering, applied physics or a degree with a technical focus.
• In your several years of professional experience you have gained relevant experience in the field of quality and project management and QM tools / methods in the manufacturing environment.
• In addition to your strong project management skills, you have analytical skills and a structured way of working.
• You are fluent in English and German and can move easily in an international environment. (C1 minimum)
• You are comfortable working in a matrix organization and are able to build a sustainable working relationship across functional, organizational and international boundaries.
