YOUR TASKS
- Design, implement and support our UKG HRSD and PeopleAssist platforms ensuring integration with existing HRIS system (SAP SuccessFactors).
- Provide support services and product improvements based on the Global P&C Community feedback, training them, and providing guidelines when necessary.
- Playing a crucial role in the digitalization and automation of employee processes by potentially rolling out UKG solutions in additional countries as per roadmap/business needs.
- Ensure all processes and configurations done on the platform comply with the relevant regulations and company policies.
- Taking responsibility for providing best-practice guidance on processes and setup and keeping abreast of new features and releases of the platform.
- Work with team members to facilitate successful integration between tools (UKG, SAP, etc.)
- Collaborate with Global & Local P&C Operations on digitalization topics showing also
- Willingness to potentially assist with operations and configuration on other tools part of our HRIS landscape (such as SuccessFactors, SAP, DocuSign etc..).
YOUR PROFILE
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent(s).
- 5+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience and knowledgeable in Global HR policies, practices, and processes.
- 3+ years of experience configuring, implementing, and supporting one or more UKG HRSD / PeopleAssist solutions.
- Proven configuration and data management experience in integration scenarios with SAP SuccessFactors will be considered a big plus.
- Willingness to work and develop other products of our HRIS landscape.
- Detailed and results oriented individual who takes initiative to solve problems, find solutions and drive projects autonomously.
