Internal Sales Representative (m/f/d)

Tasks

We are looking for a dynamic and inquisitive Internal Sales Representative. This role is ideal for motivated career changers looking for a career in the commercial side of the construction industry. You will receive comprehensive training and the opportunity to develop in-depth industry knowledge.

• Support in the processing of office work
• Processing customer inquiries and order processing
• Maintaining and managing data in our IT systems, especially Microsoft 365
• Working with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction and efficiency of processes
• Creation and management of documentation and reports

Qualifications

• Dynamic personality with a high willingness to learn and the motivation to familiarize yourself with new areas
• PC skills, especially experience with Microsoft 365, are desirable
• Good communication skills and team-oriented way of working
• No specific previous experience in the construction industry required; career changers are welcome
• Organizational skills and an independent way of working
