Your tasks:

• Creation and implementation of the global brand strategy and the annual brand plan based on thorough knowledge of customer needs and market dynamics (marketing mix)
• Development of profitability targets for the product/therapy area in collaboration with the sales department
• Maintain a long-term market knowledge and an understanding of the patient journey to fuel promotional campaigns as well as to inspire product lifecycle measures and product launches
• Creation of globally applicable promotional measures including programs for patient support, disease awareness and education
• Cooperation with stakeholders within and outside the organization
• Training of the sales team and on-site support for events and congresses

Your profile

• Successfully completed university studies in the field of business administration / economics, natural sciences / pharmacy / medicine or comparable knowledge
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position in the pharmaceutical or medical device sector, ideally expertise in uro- /oncology
• Good intuition for customers, products, cost, and market situations
• Ability to think strategically in a complex environment, draw conclusions and make and implement decisions
• A plus: proven project management expertise
• High level of commitment, sense of responsibility, creativity, and cooperation skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German
• High level of intercultural competence
• Willingness to travel
