Your role in our team:

  • Approach all tasks and situations with a Safety First mindset
  • Maximize system performance and up-time through effective execution of all maintenance-related activities
  • Participate in a broad array of electrical and mechanical tasks with minimal supervision
  • Support Production Team through basic fault correction coaching and troubleshooting
  • Assist in the installation of new or refurbishment of existing system components
  • Facilitate continuous improvement activities through broad system knowledge and site-specific enhancements

Ideal candidate profile:

  • Preferred: Associates degree in industrial technology or related field with 2-4 years experience in relevant electrical and/mechanical role
  • Experience maintaining material handling systems in a light industry or distribution center environment strong preferred
  • Strong electrical (3-Phase, 480V, DC and 24V controls) and mechanical skills
  • Familiarity with electrics/mechanics in drive technology (motors/gears)
  • Familiarity with control technology (PLC /controls/inverters)
  • Must be able to work all shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Mandatory overtime may be required due to operational requirements
  • Physical Requirements Continuous walking, climbing, squatting, kneeling, and standing
  • Working at heights of up to 80-100 feet wearing fall-arrest gear and other PPE
  • Lifting, pulling and pushing up to 50 lbs. unassiste

Qualifications :

  • Formation technique : Bac Pro, BTS, DUT en maintenance industrielle, électrotechnique, mécanique
  • Vous justifiez d’une expérience significative en maintenance industrielle avec au moins une première expérience réussie en gestion d’équipe maintenance
  • Vous justifiez d'une expérience en tant que technicien de maintenance chez Witron depuis minimum 6 mois
  • Des compétences en anglais sont un plus.
