We are looking for dynamic, motivated individuals to join our team as Automated Equipment Operators. As a vital member of our distribution center, you'll monitor and operate an advanced automated material handling system, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Pay starting at $22.00 an hour
As an Equipment Operator, you will:
- Manage the operation and fault correction of our state-of-the-art automated material handling equipment.
- Use your problem-solving skills to address and correct system material flow issues.
- Troubleshoot basic mechanical, electrical, and computer system issues, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain the system by effectively managing and clearing products, packaging, and carrier material.
Requirements
- One (1) to two (2) years in a warehouse environment is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for understanding root causes.
- Basic understanding of mechanical operations.
- Clear and effective spoken communication skills.
- Ability to continuously walk, climb, and stand, and to lift, pull, and push up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working at heights of 80-100 feet and adapting to temperature changes in a warehouse setting.

Pay Range: $32 to $38 an hour
As an Electro- Mechanical Technician, you will:
